Catalyst Management Group, LLC uses a proven "project by project" Process for ensuring the success of each of your projects. Below is a general outline of our Process, which will be tailored to each project:
- Develop Scope of Work for the Project with the Owner (client).
- Determine preliminary schedule and budget cost.
- Select of companies to bid or work on the project.
- Decide on contract type.
- Issue Request for Proposal/Bid (RFP/B) documentation to selected companies.
- Bid period including pre-bid meetings and bid evaluation. Scope clarification and contract negotiations.
- Design stage, including Owner review and value engineering.
- Pre-purchase of long lead equipment via competitive bidding, if necessary.
- Construction phase, including regular job site meetings, project review for time/budget considerations, change order and application for payment review.
- Training of Owner's personnel; submission of Operating and Maintenance and "as built" documentation; approval by all authorities having jurisdiction; final project accounting.
