Catalyst Management Group, LLC uses a proven "project by project" Process for ensuring the success of each of your projects. Below is a general outline of our Process, which will be tailored to each project:

  1. Develop Scope of Work for the Project with the Owner (client).
  2. Determine preliminary schedule and budget cost.
  3. Select of companies to bid or work on the project.
  4. Decide on contract type.
  5. Issue Request for Proposal/Bid (RFP/B) documentation to selected companies.
  6. Bid period including pre-bid meetings and bid evaluation. Scope clarification and contract negotiations.
  7. Design stage, including Owner review and value engineering.
  8. Pre-purchase of long lead equipment via competitive bidding, if necessary.
  9. Construction phase, including regular job site meetings, project review for time/budget considerations, change order and application for payment review.
  10. Training of Owner's personnel; submission of Operating and Maintenance and "as built" documentation; approval by all authorities having jurisdiction; final project accounting.
