Leadership role as
the chief operations manager for commercial construction operations for
Catalyst Management Group (CMG). Mr. Brown is responsible for the overall
management and administration of projects for the company, including
execution of subcontract agreements, procurement, contract documentation,
project staffing and supervision. Duties also consist of creating schedules
and cost controls conceptualized upfront in the construction planning
process. Mr. Brown has 16 years of structural steel fabrication and
construction integration of tool & die facility operations. His career
began with LTV steel located in Cleveland,
Ohio as a field installation
engineer via design - build plan creation for scattered industrial sites that
encapsulate 84 inch hot mills. These structures consisted of warehousing, and
as-build facilities in 1997. In 1999 Mr. Brown was recruited by the Timken
company’s world headquarters located in Canton,
Ohio as manufacturing
facilities engineer. Two years of diligent time was spent designing and constructing
facility assets used for productionizing the through-put of tapered roller bearings
and ingot manufacturing. In the year 2000 while attending graduate school at
Case Western Reserve in Cleveland,
Ohio and working as a salaried
employee for Timken. Mr. Brown was extended a salaried position with the
General Motors Metal Fabrication Division located in Pontiac, Michigan
as a Tool & Die Construction manager over seeing the day-to-day
construction of structural steel structures, tooling, and machining
operations. Mr. Brown has 8 years of experience managing union trades: Tool & Die Makers,
Mill Wrights, Plumbers, Electricians, Machinists, and Carpenters. GM
Construction projects ranged from 700,000 to 6.5 million dollars per
quarter.Mr. Brown is highly qualified
in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, establishing production critical paths, and procurement of structural steel.

Leadership role as the chief field services manager for commercial
construction operations for Catalyst Management Group (CMG).Mr. Brinker has over 20 years in the
construction industry. As a member of the Michigan Regional Council of
Carpenters (local 1045), and a graduate of the United Brotherhood of
Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Training program (J.A.T.C.), he has been a
part of numerous commercial and residential building projects in the Detroit, Metropolitan area and throughout Michigan. As the
General Superintendent for City Carpet & Floors, a Brinker Group Company,
in Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Brinker was instrumental in the successful
installation and completion of such large scale projects as G.M. World
Headquarters, Ford Field, Compuware World Headquarters, The Center for
Forensic Psychiatry, Detroit Receiving Hospital Emergency Room Renovations,
Greenfield Village Clock Tower Renovations, Detroit Public Schools
renovations and new construction.
Mr. Brinker and his
crews received the Intek Award for flooring installation on Compuware World
Headquarters project, Detroit, Mi. and honorable mention for work preformed
on Ford Field, GM World Headquarters, and The Center for Forensic Psychiatry.
