Catalyst Management Group LLC, was founded in 2001 with the objective of providing complete land planning and development solutions to clients in Pontiac, Michigan and surrounding areas. This is made possible by utilizing our team's individual experience as well as the expertise and experience of others. CMG staffs a wide scope of critical engineering resources to provide clients with the best possible land solutions to meet both their business needs and the needs of the larger community. CMG develops a comprehensive list of services including: Residential planning, Commercial planning, Construction Management, GIS marketing and trend analysis, Architectural services, and Material procurement savings that lead to cost-effective construction.

Our vision at CMG is to revitalize commercial / residential demographics via collaborative construction initiatives and to play an active role in the elimination of slum & blight in urban areas.

The 2001 Michigan Land Resource community projects that if current land use patterns continue, by 2040 Michigan developed areas will increase by 178%. On average, the state of Michigan develops its land eight times faster than its population grows. With the population in Michigan continuing to spread outward, concern lies in urban areas as these shifts from cities to suburbs leaves urban areas with a decline in city property values, a concentration of older minority residents, and/or low income populations who cannot afford to move out. Other concerns are shrinkage of the city's tax base, and ultimately, deterioration of the city roads, sewers, buildings, police and fire services, and public institutions. Many traditional construction organizations focus on moderate to heavy developments. However, CMG's primary focus is on revitalizing existing communities to keep property values up, help low-income individuals to access decent and affordable housing, and to keep the city's amenities in good working order for current and future business owners.

The mission of CMG, LLC, is to effectively coordinate integrated development plans for land use in blighted areas and to forge partnerships with local city and government officials and organizations to provide the best fit to the clients and communities that we serve. Currently, CMG, LLC, is working on several forecasted projects in the Pontiac, Michigan area, including revitalization projects on Emerson Avenue, Cameron Avenue, Auburn Avenue and North Midland. This summer 2004 we will expand our commercial services and expertise to the development of a 2040 sq. ft. Christian book store located on Auburn Avenue in Pontiac, Michigan. Factors critical to the success of CMG, LLC, include the provision of slum and blight initiatives, the development and need for low-income housing, neighborhood revitalization strategies, as well as trends in land planning and development.
